What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Why can't I smell the scent on myself after a few hours?
This is often due to 'olfactory fatigue,' where your nose becomes accustomed to the scent. Because our essences work with your body chemistry, others will still be able to smell the fragrance even if you cannot.
