At Ambre Blends, we take pride in the quality of our hand-crafted essences and body products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is protected to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our production facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
